Will the Lakers Beat the Mavericks in Game 3 of the 2011 NBA Playoffs?
The Los Angeles Lakes travel to Texas to battle the Dallas Mavericks. The Lakers are down two games, and if they lose tonight it's all but over.
No NBA team has ever come back from being down 0-3, and only three teams have come back to win the series after being 0-2.
Some teams play better when facing adversity, and the Lakers have a lot of things not going their way. With Ron Artest being suspended for practically clotheslining J.J. Barea in Game 2, can the Lakers get past the Mavericks without him?

The Lakers will greatly miss Artest's defnese, but certainly not his offense. Ron-Ron went 1-8 in Game 1, and only 4-10 in Game 2. However, his defense is what really helps the Lakers.
Magic Johnson has been tweeting his thoughts about the Lakers, and he doesn't like their chances tonight.
The Mavs have the Lakers pointing fingers at one another. It's going to be a tough climb to come back and I think their chances are slim.
It will be tough to come back, but this is the two time defending champs we're talking about here.
I think the Lakers will be just fine without Artest tonight. Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol, Lamar Odom, and Andrew Bynum will step their game up big time. The Lakers do not want to be down three games.
They'll come out with a great passion and very hungry tonight. Tonight you will witness a great showing from Kobe.
