Yeah, so Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark (the Broadway musical adaptation of the webbed superhero) is officially a bomb. Despite the biggest budget ever to create a Broadway show, it's just not working. At this rate, cast members are virtually flirting with death night after night, so here's to hoping director Julie Taymor reads the internet.That's because, way back in September of last year, comedian Josh Saltzman decided that Spiderman: Turn Off The Dark would work better as a goofy rehashing of "Part of Your World" from The Little Mermaid, and that a lizard growing arms in combination with, um, Dylan Baker and Captain Hook and baseball pitcher Jim Abbott makes for a better version.
Actually, I'm not quite sure WTF this video is, but the good news is that it's likely nobody had to wear a back brace as a result of its being made. Take note, Bono!
