It has been rumored that Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich has preparing a mega offer for Real Madrid's Brazilian midfielder. Kaka is the player that Chelsea feels they need in the midfield to get things going and Abramovich is taking this into consideration.
After bringing in Brazilian defender David Luiz for €25 million this January, as well as Spanish Striker for €50 million, it is clear that Abramovich may be on another one of his shopping sprees.
The offer that has been rumored is that Chelsea was reportedly offering Real Madrid €30 million and Didier Drogba.
Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has made it clear more than once that he is interested in Didier Drogba because of his killer instinct in front of goal, but will he accept the offer if it is made official?
With this rumor surfacing, what could this mean for the likes of Frank Lampard? If Chelsea was to adopt the five midfielder formation then they could play with Essien, Lampard and Kaka together, but if they only play with the four in the middle of the park who would be the sacrificed player sent to the bench?
Obviously from now until the beginning of next season there will be rumors of which many are false, but when rumors come from Stamford Bridge, no matter how much money is involved, we can never doubt Chelsea's Russian Owner.
What would Kaka be able to bring to the Chelsea squad? How much would Chelsea lose with the departure of Didier Drogba? We can only wait and see.
