Season 13 of The Ultimate Fighter debuted on Spike TV on Wednesday and TheUltimateFighter.com has released the first edition of The Aftermath.
The Aftermath is hosted by Stephan Bonnar, finalist from season one of The Ultimate Fighter.
Bonnar sits down with UFC president Dana White to discuss this much anticipated season of TUF, which features two teams of welterweights.
The teams consist of seven fighters each, with one team being coached by former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar and the other by highly ranked contender Junior dos Santos.
Early on, Bonnar clues the viewer in that this will not be an uptight or reserved show as he takes a shot at another season one TUF alumnus Josh Koscheck, stating that Koscheck is "just a prick at heart."
The first question posed to White is how difficult was it to get Lesnar to sign on for an extended time in Vegas. White replies that it was not very difficult to get Lesnar to coach this season of TUF.
White also dispels the rumor that editing has an impact on how fighters and coaches appear on the show, "No one's made to look a certain way," White said. "Ken Shamrock came off the way he did because that's how Ken Shamrock acted. You know how bad you got to **** up to be the bad guy when Tito's the other coach?"
Bonnar and White go on to deliver an entertaining interview that covers a number of topics, some related to TUF and some not.
