Justin Bieber, global pop heartthrob, turned 17 today. To celebrate The Bieb and how incredibly ancient he makes me feel, I've put together this list of things from my childhood that were founded, invented, introduced or what-have-you just before Bieber's birth in 1994.

The list may bring back some memories, but it may also bring some tears for those of us who are old enough to buy a drink to cry into.
