You've probably seen all those college sports trick shot videos popping up around the web. They go viral with the greatest of ease! Well, Slate's video site, Slate V, wanted to take a slightly more highbrow approach to the trick shot phenomenon ... by using a doctor. In Trick Shot Doc, Slate's trick shot spoof vid, a doctor pulls off some fancy throws with x-rays, tongue depressors and syringes. And guess what? This mockery of the trick shot genre as a cheap way to score a viral video has now gone viral itself. Well played, Slate.
