Combine a hit show like 'Glee,' an adorable toddler, and YouTube, and you've got the country's attention. Thursday on 'Today' (weekdays, 7am on NBC), Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb talked to Web correspondent Sara Hilary Haines about 4-year-old Kellen Sermiento, often called "Mini Warbler" for his YouTube performance of 'Teenage Dream' from 'Glee,' complete with a matching Warblers jacket. As of Thursday afternoon, the video had 1,711,928 views and was still climbing.Little Kellen has every dance step memorized, down to the hand rolls and facial expressions. "He learned every move on his own, no help from anyone," said Haines. "His grandma made his jacket, and when they changed the Warbler jacket, he wanted his changed."
As a clip of 'Teenage Dream' from 'Glee' played behind Kellen in the video, Gifford said she was glad the kid didn't know the words, which include references to said dream wearing "skin-tight jeans," but it did look like had the basic idea as he tried to sing along. We'll leave something for him to discover when he's five.
